- Reservation Confirmation
- Once you complete your booking and payment on villagefringe.com, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation.
- This email will serve as your proof of purchase and confirmation of the property you have reserved.
- Check-In Instructions
- Detailed check-in instructions (including property address, door/gate codes, or key pickup details) will be sent approximately 24–48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival or as soon as the reservation is fully paid (whichever comes later).
- If you have any questions or concerns before you receive your check-in instructions, please reach out to our support team at info@villagefringe.com.
- Property Access
- On the day of your arrival, please follow the check-in instructions provided.
- If you encounter any issues accessing the property, contact us immediately for assistance.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Window
- Full Refund (if you cancel within 48 hours of booking)
If you cancel within 48 hours of making the reservation and the cancellation occurs at least 30 days before your check-in date, you are eligible for a full refund of the nightly rate and any cleaning fee.
2. Partial Refunds
- If you cancel 30 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, you’ll be paid 50% for all nights
- No Refund (if you cancel within 30 days of check-in)
If you cancel 30 days or less before check-in, there will be no refund of the nightly rate. The cleaning fee will be fully refunded if the stay does not take place.
3. Early Departures & No-Shows
- Early Departures
If you choose to leave the property earlier than your scheduled check-out date, no refund will be issued for the unused nights. - No-Shows
If you do not show up for your reservation and fail to communicate the need to cancel or adjust your dates, you will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Extenuating Circumstances
- We understand that unavoidable emergencies can occur. In the event of extenuating circumstances (such as government-issued travel restrictions or natural disasters), we may, at our discretion, work with you to find a fair solution, which could include offering a credit for a future stay or providing an exception to the standard cancellation terms.
- Any extenuating circumstance claims must be documented and promptly communicated to us. We reserve the right to request proof and to determine the validity of any claim.
5. How to Cancel
- To cancel your reservation, please contact us at info@villagefringe.com for assistance.
- Your cancellation date is the date we receive your written request via email.
6. Refund Processing
- All refunds (when applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
